... and on this rock I will build my church... Matthew 16:18

We welcome all who worship with us.

We are a Bible-teaching, praying community.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the center of our life
providing guidance, comfort and hope.

If you are seeking a church home in the Forest Hills area, we invite you to participate in our ministry.

  • Sanctuary Flowers We have a new way to provide honorary flowers. First, select a date in the order notebook at the rear of the sanctuary then fill in an order envelope found in the notebook and return it with payment to either the offering plate or to the church office. Flowers may be placed in the Sanctuary to remember a loved one, celebrate a special occasion or Give Glory to God!

  • Life Groups The upcoming Life Groups study meets at 7:00 pm in the Parlor at the church.

  • Children and Worship Children and Worship was created to make a special place where children can come to be still and listen to God. Our time together begins with a greeting and song. The Bible story is then presented to the children with a time for the children to “wonder” about the story. Children will then have a time to respond to the story by drawing or working with the story on their own mat. We close with the same Bible story being read from the Bible and a closing prayer where the children are welcome to provide prayer requests. Your child is welcome to join us if they are 3 years of age through 2nd grade. The children will be dismissed after the Children’s Message and will exit the front of the sanctuary where they will be led by the worship leader, Heather Whitmore, to the Cascade room.

  • FHPC ~ Food Pantry Thank you all for your continual support for the Homeless Shelters and Food Banks. The Mission Team is asking that you now place your cans and non-perishable items in the wooden cabinet (food pantry) across the hall from the Parlor. This will help keep the Narthex free from clutter. The Mission Team will collect the cans and non-perishable food items and distribute them to the local food banks and homeless shelters. We are always looking for people who would like to help in this ministry.

  • Meals Ministry The deacons provide meals to assist families or individuals through difficult times. We are in need of volunteers to prepare and deliver meals to members who have recently been discharged from the hospital, had a baby or suffered a loss, etc. For more information or to sign up contact Kristie Stumme.
